About the Work
Emotional intelligence refers to the ability to perceive, understand, and manage one’s own emotions and relationships. It involves being aware of emotions in oneself and others and using this awareness to guide thinking and behavior. Emotionally intelligent individuals can motivate themselves, read social cues, and build strong relationships.
Emotional intelligence encompasses several components, including self-awareness and social skills. It plays a crucial role in determining how individuals interact with each other, how they handle stress, and how they make decisions. Over the past few decades, emotional intelligence has been recognized not only as a key determinant of personal well-being but also as a significant predictor of success in both professional and personal life.
I blend Emotional intelligence tools with my decades of expertise and experience in the corporate esp. Finance industry to guide clients how to align their emotional blueprints to their values and goals, and hence provide them the tools to find clarity, confidence and strength within themselves to make value-aligned decisions related to personal relationships, corporate moves or your financial journey.
Therapy focuses on healing past wounds and clinical concerns. Coaching is present-to-future, goal-driven, and skills-based. I help explore emotional and behavioral patterns, and unlock strengths from within, but do not diagnose or treat.
Women, teens/parents, and professionals who want calm under pressure, stronger relationships, and smarter financial choices without losing their integrity or faith values.
Programs & logistics
I offer personalized 1:1 coaching, group sessions for women and teens & young adults programs (in-person or online).
The duration of each session is 45-60 minutes. The number of recommended sessions is based on the challenge being dealt with and is subject to mutual agreement with the client.
Corporate: Customized based on client’s requirements.
We discuss the challenge, understand your goals, pick a focus, explain tools, and outline the best path. In this session, we may also discuss the sessions required, and pricing. If it’s a fit for both parties, we agree on a plan and schedule your start date.
Primarily English (Urdu/Hindi option is also available).
Teens and Parents
Parental consent is required. We focus on emotional vocabulary, self-management, values, peer pressure, and basic money sense. Parents receive progress touchpoints.
We keep a teen’s psychological safety intact while sharing themes, skills practiced, and suggested support at home.
Women & Financial Empowerment
No. It’s financial coaching—clarifying values, money beliefs, risk comfort, and habits (budgeting/saving/investing basics). I don’t sell financial or investment products or give regulated investment advice.
Absolutely. We start with identity and values, and the emotional connection we have with money and everything related to it. Then translate them into simple, repeatable money choices and behavior you can adopt to achieve your own personalized goal(s) within your financial journey.
